I’ll never order from ToysRUs.ca ever again. I ordered 2 Fisher Price items on September 20th, and my order still hasn’t been delivered. Customer service has been pretty useless. For the longest time, my order status indicated the items had been located, but not shipped. It took 4 or 5 calls from me over 2 weeks before they figured out why the order hadn’t shipped. For the delay, they promised a free upgrade to expedited shipping, but when they sent the order out on Friday, they sent it via Purolator Ground. Estimated arrival date is Thursday, so it’ll be almost a full month since I placed the order.
I know this probably isn’t typical for them, but their follow-through with their customer service is terrible.
