It was posted in the thread that this offer is only valid in the U.S.
Darn. I was coming to ask “what’s the catch?”. Apparently there it is.
I was able to use my coupon so it’s worth a try!
weren’t thomas train toys some of the lead paint toys?
Hmmm…
Sarah, where did you use your coupon?
tried to use mine in mississauga, and they told me that the cupon was only good in the USA. 🙁
The coupon is good for the US only. The trains that the coupon is good for are $13.99 here in Canada so a cashier is going to catch on pretty quick that it’s not vaild in Canada.
Oh man! I was going to go try my coupon today… too bad!! 🙁
I could not use mine, I tried today she said they got an email from Head office saying they can’t take them Oh well it was worth a shot,However I am making a trip to the States this weekend so I will try there.
Awwww..:(
Get one for me, too, Heather! 🙂
I used mine at Upper Wentworth and they had been taking them all weekend. They just give you the $12.99 discount to whatever train you buy.
I also used my coupon at the Toys “R” Us store in Hamilton on Upper Wentworth today. Had no problems – just had to pay the additional $1 as the train was priced $13.99. Tiny little train for that kind of money, though.
By the way, Toys “R” Us also has all Priddy books buy 2 get the third free right now. Not sure for how long though.
I just got off the phone after talking to Toys R Us (Upper Wentworth in Hamilton) and what they said is they are honoring the coupon for now but they can’t guarantee how long they can do it. They are trying to contact head office. If you go after it, good luck
