Toys R Us… Grammatically Correct New Logo

Other / Canada

Toys “R” Us has legally changed its name to Toys R Us getting rid of the grammatically incorrect quotation marks around the backwards R 😛 . To accompany this change a slight modification was made to the logo: the star has been stuffed into the R giving it a cleaner look that is less “American”. I love the new bulbous fun logo.

Although the logo has been changed, the Canadian website is still full of Toys “R” Us so hopefully they’ll change that soon.

If there that concerned why didnt they make the R the right way while they were at it hehehe.

I probably wouldnt of even noticed the change unless somene pointed it out.

    How incredibly silly!!!
We are worried about quotations marks (that probably no one even noticed) around a backwards R (which everyone noticed) and suggesting that they look less American? I would say that Wal-mart has the storefronts that look American with their * between the Wal and Mart, and the horrible looking dark blue store fronts. Walmart stores are newly constructed eye sores that make every community look like the next one.
