I tried to trade my blowdryer for a new one…they only had 2 blowdryers to offer as a trade-in. A ‘Ferrari” blowdryer retailing over $400 and another Avanti one over $200. Hmmm, I think I’ll keep mine thanks! Don’t waste a trip like I did!

There is also the red Avanti Dryer “Roso” that I asked about and is $75 after the trade-in. The regular is like $150. So this one is definitely more affordable.
I’m also looking into switching my flat iron, my cheap drug-store brand one doesn’t really straighten with med-thick hair. It’s not like the ones they use in the salon – can’t get that shiny sleek feel. Trade Secrets also has a GS straightener for $95 as part of the promotion. I’m going to see if they have a tester available for me to try out. Definitely will opt to get something more professional – my $40 straightener just doesn’t cut it 🙁
