Several brands of Unilever dry shampoo have been recalled, including Dove, Nexxus, Suave, TIGI, and Tresemme. If you do happen to have any of the affected products you will be reimbursed or refunded. If you have multiple products you are required to submit proof of purchase, or you may take and submit a picture of the lot code on the bottom of the products.

If you have no proof of purchase, you may still get refunded or reimbursed for one product. You may opt for a cheque or you can choose a product replacement coupon. To request your reimbursement you can click the link below and click “Get Started.” You will then choose the brand of the product you purchased, and you will be asked to supply the bar code of the product. I you do not have that information you are able to proceed without it.
