This 40 count pack of Eight O’Clock Coffee K-Cups features a full-bodied Arabica coffee with a lingering sweet taste and a rich aroma. Once harvested from Colombian volcanic soil, an exacting process of bean selection, roasting and grinding is used to produce the optimal blend for these K-Cups. Now for NB residents (where I am), this should not be the case. it’s coffee… ergo it’s grocery. It’s not subject to HST – at least not in NB.
I’ve never paid tax on k-cups at retail… so I shouldn’t be paying tax here.
So if your province doesn’t tax coffee… be forewarned that Walmart seems to want to collect it regardless.
