Not a great toaster oven… We got this one after our Black & Decker was done (after 9 yreas.. so good run!).. and I have to say that I should’ve paid 20 to 30$ more and got the new model of my old B&D… Many small issues with the Ramsay.. Not major, but enough to make me feel bad for throwing out the box too soon… Can’t return it now..
