Does anyone know if this is a legit site? Looks spam-y.
I had the same concerns but then thought, Smart Canucks wouldn’t put it on their blog if it wasn’t legit.
So I did part 1 of the registration process – then noticed some spelling mistakes. The closer I looked, the fishier it smelled. I didn’t complete the registration, but they do have some personal info which does make me a bit nervous.

Very Curious
I went to the site’s winner list and then used Mytelus.com’s phonebook function to try and check the winner names against the addresses on the winner list. After checking over a dozen names and addresses I did not get a single match. Several of the names could not even be found in the province listed. I find it very curious that none of the winners I checked up on seem to exist in the real world???
I hope SC takes this ‘deal’ down, and fast.
Let me add… if anyone can confirm that this is a legitimate site (but they are just bad spellers 🙂 ) please do. I would love to be wrong about them. ((This is an afterthought to my previous message, which is awaiting moderation).
It looks to me like it might be real (my opinion), but the REAL purpose for holding these contests is to get your email address… it seems they have email opt-in lists and help companies sell these lists etc. If anyone else has thoughts I’d love to hear.
Hello! Wannawin.ca is the english version of the Toutacoup website. When I was living in Quebec I quite often won from Toutacoup.ca: namely tickets for free admission at Safari Park and shoes from Sports Experts. I joined but have not won a single thing so far.. and also I’ve been getting alot of spam and when you sign up it says “we will share your email with third parties” or something like that. And I’ve been receiving those “we just received 4 million in the bank come claim it” emails lately..

It’s legit. I’ve joined them since September 2011, and I’ve already won a $50 gift card. As with anything, go with your own gut feeling, and if you are uncomfortable then leave it alone.
