I got the same, did you try earlier? I am thinking it went through even though I got an error
After I answer all the questions, it doesn’t indicate next, or end..I just clicked on mail coupons at the top..I didn’t get any confirmation..should I be doing something else?

Could not get into website to either log in or register. Was unable to get printable or mail coupons.
