Actually, I can get those at my local Rexal for $9.99, regular price. It comes with a very small pack of jelly beans which barely fills the bottom of it, so you should pick up more jelly beans when you buy it. The machine is decent quality although the turning mechanism is a little cheap and shouldn’t be forced. I have since refilled it with small gumballs.
