I did a little bit of searching for fares, and I was able to find some WestJet flights between Toronto and Ottawa in the fall for just $110, which is a bit lower than the advertised price of $138. When compared to other airlines, Westjet offered the lowest price. I was able to find flights on the same day from Porter for $115, and from Air Canada for $140.
