I tested out this deal and was able to find direct flights to New York, which obviously isn’t Eastern Canada but still part of the deal, for $218 (taxes included). This is a decent deal, but not the best when compared to this week’s sale at Air Canada.

The better deals I found were on short distance flights within Canada. I took a look around at some flights and was able to find a one way flight between Toronto and Thunder Bay for just $120.37! This is a bit better than Air Canada’s advertised fare of $138 for the same trip.
