Wind Mobile Canada has a new plan coming out today, November 7th, that will cost you $44 a month but will include some pretty sweet offers, especially for those of you who find yourselves frequently outside your home Wind Zone.
Wind is offering, in a package they’re calling a “Holiday Plan”:
- $10 monthly service credits
- $250 Windtab
- when in Wind Home Zone, unlimited Canada-wide and USA long distance
- unlimited texting and MMS within Canada and USA, plus unlimited international texting
- caller ID, conference calling, call forward, call waiting and voicemail
- PLUS Worldsaver
For those of you already on the Wind 40 deal, this may not be the most beneficial for you as it includes everything in your package, just with the $10 monthly service credit (which don’t expire) and the unlimited USA calls added.
Since Wind is advertising this as a Holiday Plan, however, it may mean that this deal is only being offered for the holiday season. If you are planning any travel within the United States, or generally outside of your Wind Home Zone, this may be a deal worth checking out to save on cell phone expenses while you travel.

The price is good but a warning: Wind’s service has plummeted in the last few months. Dropped calls/unable to place calls/calls that are impossible to hear.
My tab with them expires next month and I will be switching. Used to be great but suddenly tanked. If you use it for a business phone you will look unprofessional. If you use it for a personal phone you will never be able to make calls. I am using DH’s phone until mine expires
I’ve never had a problem. And never had dropped calls …. Best plan with unlimited everything I have never had a complaint about this company
