hey i just finished my winners training. we combined it with three or four stores in the area. i guess they are trying to cutback on how long training is because we spent 8 hours watching ‘welcome’ videos and the rest of the silly 1980’s videos. the last booklet left to do was the ‘customer service’ booklet and test but they didn’t have time to train us on customer service. I guess they don’t think this is as important as the rest of the training they give you. if you get bad customer service at winners, you now know why!
