I think she looks wonderful. I wish that I could dress that way and not be noticed. Seriously, though, it is all about entertainment and I think if they can catch our attention and get a reaction by what they wear then the people are doing a good job. The people on the red carpet have been wearing boring clothes for too long. Style is about experimenting. Maybe by breaking the boundaries of what is acceptable clothing we can also break boundaries with regards to prejudice and racism.

I think putting Nicki on the worst dressed list is exactly the attention and publicity that she wants. I love that she has a sense of humour about her choice of clothes unlike others who arrive in an egg and take themselves way too seriously.

Michael hasn’t hasn’t produced anything interesting since the 80s/early 90s. Unless you really dig Free Willy? Radiohead are great musicians but they don’t extend that beyond their music. Gaga’s performances are incredible- she uses all forms of art to her advantage-design, music, fashion, performance art. That’s what I mean by vision. Saw Radiohead in concert- eh. Would never do it again. Not worth it (tickets, flight, time in line, hotel etc.). Gaga in concert was amazing. Set design, costumes, more like theatre then a concert. Would see her again no question. Worth every penny and more.
No mainstream musician is doing anything similar right now.
p.s. I’d assume most people take their jobs seriously. I know I do. I’m not sure how that’s a bad thing.
I just felt bad for whoever was sitting behind her.

When I saw this get-up on Nicki Minaj, I remember thinking, “Gotta get the poodle trimmed this week.”
I loved Cee Lo Green’ performance. That was completely different from others and I just love it. Being cool is easy but making fun of it is really hard. I heard many people said that was the worst stage of grammy but hey, do you want to see everyone is like in same style? I don’t think so. I don’t know him much but that stage made my day.
