Yahoo has tripled down on what was already the largest data breach in history, saying it affected all three billion accounts on its service – not the one billion it revealed late last year. Yahoo has sent emails providing notice to additional user accounts affected by the August 2013 data theft.
Yahoo first disclosed the breach in December. The stolen information included names, email addresses, phone numbers, birthdates and security questions and answers.
What are they going to do to compensate us?
Lina what exactly are you looking to be compensated for? Did you lose something or were adversely affected by said breach?
I’ve pretty much abandoned Yahoo. I only use one Yahoo account and that’s for contests etc and it doesn’t have any legit details/info on the account.
