I just want to heed a warning regarding York Photo. I ordered two of their fleece blankets that were on sale, which I found through a post on Smart Canucks. York Photo is actually an American based company, and all prices are in USD. Because our dollar is so bad right now, a $50 order turned into a $65 order. The “fleece blankets” when they came where so thin, they seemed to be made of a piece of felt. When I called York Photo regarding the order, they told me that because I was in Canada, I would be required to return the blankets and pay return shipping and duty for a refund. Dealing with them was a nightmare, and I just find the “York Photo Canada” ad misleading on this site. If other people have had positive experiences then I apologize for my rant, I just want to give fellow Smart Canucks a little warning about what they are ordering. 🙂
