Seems to me that renting would be cheaper. Am I wrong?
Hi RogueMonk, in my opinion I think that these services are catering to different clientele. Companies like Car2Go and Zipcar are marketing themselves toward people who live in the city and value convenience (Zipcar locations are spread all throughout downtown Toronto and they’re available 24/7). But you’re right as well, renting cars can be an optimal choice for other consumers; it really depends on a variety of factors.
