it depends what browser you are using. I got the same error when i used firefox. hubbie said try using internet explorer and it worked!

I printed the newsletter and attended the store in Windsor, ON yesterday to use it; they wouldn’t accept it. The store associates were very, very apologetic, and told me that this was because of their manager, “Deb”. According to the two associates, someone tried to use this same discount the day before, and Deb told them “no”. Apparently that customer was quite persistent, so they called the Manager twice about it, and each time she told them no.
I don’t know if this is happening at all F&P stores, but in Windsor they clearly will not accept it.
