I ordered the 12 sharpies for $3.05 last week…but then they sent me an email today saying that the pricing was a mistake, and that it should have been 1 sharpie for $3.05 so they cancelled my order 🙁 Did it happen to anyone who ordered the canister?

I ordered 4 canisters and I only received 4 individual markers. Extremely pissed. I am not through dealing with this.
I ordered two and received 2 individuals. Said refunded to my amazon acct. How do I look to find that out if I was refunded? This was my first amazon purchase…anything I can do?
Same here. I sent an e-mail through Amazon to Bic today when I received the package. My credit card still shows the full charge and I am not paying for something I didn’t agree to. They made the mistake so they are going to have to fix it or I will file a complaint with my credit card company. They could have at least contacted us to let us know there was a problem before sending a package that was different than what we ordered. Somehow I doubt this was a mistake by Amazon, but more a mistake by Bic realizing how much they’d lose on these orders, as it seems to have happened with both the 12 packs and the packs of 36. I’ve never had a problem with Amazon before. Just my opinion.
Same thing happened to me being sent 1 marker and saying I would be refunded. BUT, I was not refunded until I contacted them. Considering the delivery probably took about a week, the note about the refund was made also a week ago, and it should have been done at that time. Catherine, I agree with you that I don’t think it was an Amazon problem but rather a mistake by Bic (or whoever did the listing). That being said, I’m a reasonable person…mistakes happen. I don’t think it would have been a huge deal for them to fulfill their orders. Being sent one marker was dumb (and from the USA, so they had some definite postage costs) and I almost would have preferred NO marker and my order cancelled/immediately refunded with no interference on my part. Had I not checked my credit card, I would have assumed they DID refund me at that time, when it fact they did not. It annoyed me to go out of my way to contact them.
