I love Paderno, I have a few of their pans and bowls and I really am impressed with their performance. We just bought my father in law a set and he loves Paderno now too.

I ordered them from costco site last month, they are actually cheaper but they are not good… it’s really hard to clean it up, even when you cook with oil, there are stain marks from food left behind
You are not supposed to use oil, if you read the instructions it says oils such as pam etc can damage the pan.
I absolutely love these pans! As for clean up, don’t start on high heat, they get hot quickly so turn down, much like as if you were using cast iron … I learnt the first time (ok dh did it! lol) dont put butter in the pan without some olive oil (which I use all the time … a nice thin layer) and egg likes to stick. I did call the company and they said rub a paste of baking soda and water to remove food marks … works like a charm.
I did get the brown marks on 1 of my 3 pans but only have dh cooked eggs with butter!

Ya I might order a few, I’ve been checking back a few times a week waiting for a sale. Yesterday I got one of those “suggestions” emails from Amazon and they dropped in price again! YAY!
Read online reviews before you buy. Quite mixed. I was tempted but then saw the review about them going downhill after a year.
Thanks Sally for your tips. I was really disappointed after my pan was stained with brown. Even regular vegetable oil did that, but it must be because I always start on high heat. I will try and see if baking soda will do the trick. Btw, what’s “dh”?
