ArtsCow Canada: FREE Mousepad & No Shipping Charges?

Thanks kokobear666 for letting me know about this ArtsCow  freebie.

You can customize your own mousepad and have it sent to you for free with no shipping charges.

http://www.artscow.com/share-coupon/free-mousepad?ref=fbc652896254

Please note that I (Boo Radley) haven’t tried this freebie yet because I wanted to post it on here as soon as possible so please let us know if it works for you 😀

I see kokobear666 used his referral link to win the free shoulder bag and if indeed this is absolutely free then he deserves it as a thank you for letting us know.

That’s great but you have to have 50 friends which I don’t 🙁 Does anyone want to be my friend? lol That sounds so pathetic.

  2. Sally says:

This freebies been on the forum for a long time, below is the detailed instructions posted on the forum:

That’s great but really it’s free so much as we have to publicize them on FB and I try to keep my FB as small and private as possible for contacting old friends and I don’t quite have 50 of them on there. I don’t even allow FB apps to have access to my account let alone third parties who can say what they want. But if you don’t mind this, it’s a good deal I guess.

  4. Heather says:

Way too much work! Not worth it!

  5. Slamjam says:

Who honestly still uses a mouse pad? Even if it is free LOL

  6. improperganda says:

I’ve actually ordering this before and its great. It has the cutest picture of my dog on it. I think this freebie is totally worth it!

  7. wendigirl says:

how is it that it wants to charge for shipping for me?

  8. FunkyMunky says:

    hm, disliking this
I don’t want to spam my FB friends with this, since I myself hate the spam I get on FB

  9. GwaiJu says:

This isn’t a spam !!! I made two mouse pads w/images of my dog on couple days ago!! it’s free…no shipping is needed !! and got an email saying that it’s been processed and delivered !

  10. simera says:

    tooo much work

  11. Hurumi says:

I don’t know why people keep saying it’s “too much work” for something that is practically handed to you for free. Obviously it is work if you have 50 then it’s only a matter of a few clicks. I already helped my parents make some and it took like 5 minutes max.

It’s not a spam if it simply asks you to post (or ‘share’) the link on your wall. Nobody has to click on it if they don’t want to. If you really want to cheat the system just post it and set the options to “Customize>Only Me” so nobody will see it. But since they are giving this to you for free I don’t see why advertising for them is bad.

  12. Hurumi says:

*obviously it’s work if your whole purpose is going around adding people to get 50 friends x__x

  13. lotus-star says:

    Thanks!

I was a little hesitate because I didn’t want to “spam” my friends, so I just customized my privacy settings so it’d only show for certain people.

  14. Carol says:

It didn’t take long at all to get the free coupon code. just about two minutes.
It did take me a long time to figure out which picture i wanted though..haha..

I ended up order two mouse pads for 3.99USD with shipping.
I could have just gotten the one for free, but I wanted a second one as well, the price isn’t too bad for a custom pad.

I still use mousepads even though I have a hard desktop and a laser mouse, it slides easier with a fabric top.

  15. momoforever says:

This is the 3rd free mousepad I got from Artscow, also got a free watch and free coasters!! It takes sometimes up to 4 weeks to get your stuff cause they’re in Honk Kong. I usually get my pics done thru them cause I get this really great deals for photos and the quality is great!

  16. cheapo4ever says:

i’m surprised so many still use mousepad. let me guess, it’s still connected by a cable to the back of your computer? which is next to the huge tv like monitor. oopss…did i make you drop your floppy disk? i didn’t know people still used the commodore 64. no wonder you’re here on the tightwad site. maybe there’ll be a sale on some 8 track cassette of your favorite band, lawrence welk.

  17. Ditto says:

cheapo4ever: why are you even here on this site?

  18. Bridges_48 says:

why allow a company access to my FB for a free pad?
Okay for some, but if they have to access my FB then its not worth it

  19. Lisa Hallman says:

I remember that I got this offer in my email and I didn’t have to “like” them on facebook. Anyhow, I did get a free mousepad. It was nice and has a picture I liked on it.

  20. Hurumi says:

Still not quite understanding why people are a bit weird on the giving them access part. If you done your security settings right, they can’t do anything and I believe you can remove apps and such. Like if you go to application settings you can just remove them. There are a lot of measures you can do to protect yourself while enjoying a freebie!

And @cheapo4ever. A lot of people actually still use them with their laptops even. A lot of people can use the touch pad as fast as they can use a mouse but when people use their laptops normally (on a table at least), a lot of them still prefer to hook it up with a mouse.

  21. laurachev says:

it works, and today they were giving out 5000 free- over 2000 left

  22. Jamie says:

Yeah, same as was previously mentioned, I went through all the hoops and then, at the very end, the site states: “Sorry this deal only applies to Facebook users who have more than 50 friends. However, you can use the coupon to get it for a discounted price of just $1.99 including shipping.”.

I find this a bit underhanded. Perhaps amend the title of this freebie to “ArtsCow Canada: FREE Mousepad & No Shipping Charges for Facebook users with 50 or more friends”.

  23. rebbie says:

wants to charge me shipping of $1.99

  24. J T says:

so mine says it’s free but on the side it listed a bunch of credits for items. I played around with it and it gave me the items for free but had to pay for shipping.

  25. hurumi says:

My mouse pad came! It only took like a week or 1.5 weeks.

And oh ya. I’m not really sure what everyone means when they go “i have to go through all that… then find out it’s only for people with >50 friends” because for me it was press link –> Press like –> …then it’ll tell you if you are qualified for it or not. It’s simple!

  26. Megan T says:

Got my mousepad yesterday, under 3 weeks.

    Thanks Kokobear for suggesting it!

  27. cmartin21 says:

got my mousepad yesterday. ABSOLUTELY FREE and it only took about 2 weeks. I thought it was a GREAT freebie
