Discount code isnt good for clearance. however its good for everytihng else
if it says “please enter valid code” it just means you gotta delete your signature card code
for some reason the two code doesn’t combine
makes sense that you can’t combine the two.
I got the same popup but I still got the discount. Their shipping was pretty expensive, but it was still a very good deal.
What’s the point of buying a Signature card when you can’t use it together? I spent $20 on this stupid thing.
VIP50 somehow didn’t work for me! My items that were not from clearance were not cheaper either. I’ve sent off an email to the customer service. If Bluenotes is anything like Forever21 customer service, they’ll get back to me if I’m extremely lucky.

Okay, so this code only works on regularly-priced items (no sale AND clearance items). Shipping is usually $10+… Since the clearance items are quite cheap, it’s still somewhat a good deal…
So I the code did work for me even on clearance items, shipping was $10.
It worked okay for me. I bought a pair of jean and a hoodie. Used the code, and my total was $36.00. This included $8.00 for shipping, and taxes. I thought it was a pretty good deal!

Return/Exchange must be made within 30 days from order date as indicated on the original receipt (packing slip).

I’ve bought things off the website and had them exchanged a few times before. The sizes tend to run small so it’s safer to order a size up. If you want to exchange something, just take the receipt to any store. I think you’re allowed to exchange for any item as long as the price matches. For example, I got something with BOGO 50% and an additional 50% off online but since the price tag said it was $30 I got something else for that price in the store.
Just bought a bunch of stuff – mostly Ts – and it was all 50% off including the socks that were on sale for $2

You can ship it back I believe, but they say in the packaging that if you want an exchange or refund, you can take it to your nearest bluenotes for convenience. And they also print the location/address of your nearest bluenotes for you on that receipt.

the mens jeans were buy 1 pair and get 2nd pair for 50% off. I still got 50% on top of that!!
Grand total $152.38 (the postage was $16.. but i am okay with that!)
I got:
4 x ladies sweaters @ $15.00 each
1 x ladies zip up hoody $19.50
1 x mens zip up hoody @ $19.50
Grand total of $49.50 with discount, plus $10.00 postage =\ still works out to be about $11 a piece. It’s alright.
This code does not work for me. It doesn’t matter what I order, regular priced or on sale, it still tells me to enter a valid discount code. I have deleted my signature card number and it still doesn’t work. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
