I got my email, my birthday was Friday (Good Friday, April 3rd), went in to use it on Monday (the 6th), and even though I showed a Government-issued ID (and even offered to show a second, my health card), I was refused my Birthday Smoothie.

Pretty peeved, as we ONLY went to the mall to grab the smoothie…and my son ended up having an accident on the way to the washroom there. Frustrations ran high…..
