I’ve tried to sign up for this club repeatledly, but upon hitting “submit” receive a “server application error”. Does this happen to anyone else? Thanks
I too have attempted many times to sign up for the club. I keep getting a “server application error”
I just called Heinz and asked them if we are able to sign up by telephone, but the rep said that you must sign up online. I let her know that there is a problem with the site, to which she responded, “You have to make sure that you type in everything correctly because even one mistake will cause an error.”
I’ve tried typing the info in at least 5 times, and unless the computer is disputing my personal information, I really don’t see what I am doing wrong. I think it’s definitely an error on Heinz’ end.
Does not work for me either. All info entered correct, comes up with error just like everyone else.
the site doesn’t work for me either, except it says “Please Enter Valid e mail address”… and they are VALID! :\ and no matter what I type it, it does not accept!
Maybe our technical friends on the site can decipher this? —-

and about the invalid email address.. I accidently wrote my first name and last name in seperate boxes the first time and I got the same prompt. It asks for your email twice and when I fixed this I got the Server Error.

Just tried, no luck here either 🙁 Not good customer service on the part of Heinz, saying you entered in wrong information when clearly it is the website at fault.

I just tried it again, a few weeks ago it worked fine, Id call back and try my luck with another customer service rep.
It didn’t work for me either, when i sent my request an application error showed up. Hmmm…

Nothing for me either. Called Heinz and left a voicemail. Waiting to hear back.
To Heinz I copied and pasted the error report we are presented with when requesting the free baby item. Hopefully they will respond without delay on how to rectify this matter. 😉

I got mine in the mail late last week, it is totally awesome! I actually ordered it for my best friend who just had a baby in July, she is going to love it! The package came with a black backpack with a can of formula and coupons inside. The backpack is great, it has tons of little pockets for various items and even a changing pad as well!

Not working again,same error
I also got the same error today. I sent an email to their customer service so maybe they’ll fix it again. I guess we’ll just have to keep trying.

OK, I don’t remember requesting this freebie (great one!) I received today, but it is an entire case of Heinz liquid formula cans — so I presume it was because I had signed up for the free baby bag from Heinz (which they also sent me many months ago)??
So amazing freebie.
Because I didn’t need the formula, I donated it to the food bin, so felt good in the process!

I signed up in Dec.2008.Got twins in Feb.2009 and newer received free formula from Heinz.Similac send to me in less than two weeks their formula so my baby`s are now on Similac…
