If you didn’t receive it you need to email the company. They will send it if you do. I didn’t get mine and finally emailed them and they sent mine.

Didn’t receive mine last time either.
It took months and months for mine to arrive. I requested a second one after everyone was posting theirs had arrived and I put a comment that this was my second request as the first one never came, they never answered me but then a couple months later it did come.
I gave it a try also on the link instead of the facebook page. Here’s hoping it comes…..
the last time I receive nothing so I hope this time it will come…is this a coupon or actually the neti pot himself…put a wrong adress e-mail hope too get it annyway

I have to add the same comment as many people above. Never received one last time, but might give it another try, or send them an e-mail. Makes me a little weary of trying their free mail in rebate promotion, just in case they never sent the cheque as well.

I heard that neti pots were not legal in some provinces, particularly Ontario and PEI…can anyone confirm if this is true? I would hate for people to lose their job over something like this.
I signed up last time and never got it. It’s been WELL over 90 days and I have never had a problem with my mail delivery. I shouldn’t have to e-mail and beg for a freebie that is posted. This company gets a boycott in my books.
I just got mine Neti Pot today. It took about 2 weeks.
