I received these samples before and somehow misplaced after using few times ( becoz of my little son who loved playing with those cute small containers).
I felt they were good products. I tried ordering again but was able to finish the questionaire but did not receive any samples.
Is there anyway I could get to try them once more before I do the purchase ?? Any help…please ??

did you use a different email address the second time you tried? making some changes to your mailing address might also help.

i copied and pasted, filled and sent but i never received any confirmation for samples. i did receive a list of recommended products though…i guess we’ll see if i get anything. 🙂

Aha! I received an email from them today outlining my personal products and whether I’d like a free sample. I then completed the form they sent me and hopefully I’ll get the samples soon.

I followed the instructions and filled out the questionnaire and then a page came up with the sample products best suited for my skin with prices beside each product. Nothing was free.
I just received my free samples today, I was amazed at how many there were!! They look great I can’t wait to try them out!!

DON’T GET THIS STUFF!! you’ll get addicted 😀 i did. but luckily for me, it sells (fairly reasonably too i have to add) in downtown halifax about 30 mins away. if not, you’ll have to order online and pay a huge international shipping fee (like $12 for a $5 item).
The stuff is amazing. As long as you fill out the questionaire which gears the product to your skin type. They may not send you all of the recommended product which sucks, but they will send you the basics for sure.
I recieved the cucumber cream soap. wow. this stuff is cool, creamy and refreshing. I got the kiwi scrub. which is green, cool and fresh smelling with ground seeds that do a terrific job removing dead skin. really good if your prone to flaking in the winter time. I got the moisturizer (forget which one, ended up buying the kera one for sensitive skin).
the one product i do NOT like, is their eyecreams. i tried the democtin (spelling?) and the glycolic. both are greasy and don’t absorbe. and they get in your eyes and sting. found that one out when i used to drive. NASTY.
i prefer lancome for the eyecreams and even the moisturizers. but you can’t beat mario for basic skin care cleansing. oh and the astrigents ROCK. they sell for about $14 at mills brothers. i had the special cleansing lotion, and another one, all i remember was it was dark green and smelled awesome. leaves your skin tingly.
don’t forget to sign up for their $10 e-card while online. you can only use it if your buying through them. (watch the shipping charges).
I received this a while back…. and they came as unsealed little jars with labels that were half coming off, in a plain envelope with no logo or anything… and the whole thing just seemed a little off to me, so I threw it all away. Is this how everyone else’s came? Am I just paranoid?
I just filled it out, and all it did was take me to a page that showed me the best suited products that I could buy. There was no free sample offer. I did copy and paste the link. Am I missing out on something here?
I received about 7 small samples from them two weeks ago. I love the eye cream!

I live in Canada. If we place an order for their free samples, will we also get charged the shipping fee? If so, how much and will we need to pay any additional taxes because the package is sent to Canada?

the lids on my jars were loose. i figured that’s our good old customs guys checking to make sure it’s what it is. other than that..no my labels were fine and everything was good. sounds like it suffered damage? that’s unusual. mario is a reputable line. very high class too. good quality stuff.
Okay so I commented on Nov 5th saying it did not work. A couple of days later, I got an email from them asking if I would like free samples. I got them 3 days ago, and it was 7 samples, and also a personalized product application guide, so you use it all properly. It looked very professional to me. All the jars were sealed and had proper labels!!
I put in my request a few weeks ago, and got my package yesterday! It came in a bubble wrap envelope with Mario Badescu written on it. The strawberry scrub sample opened a bit, so some of the other products had some pink on it, but no big deal!
Can’t wait to start using these products!
It’s not often that I comment on these types of posts, but I really have to tell everyone how great these products are. I’m thoroughly impressed by them and all the products they have released and hopefully will release. Keep up the fantastic work Mario!
After completing the survey, I recieved an email saying that my samples will be mailed out to me. I got them quickly and honestly, I wasn’t really expecting too much. To my surprise, I was given a small booklet that was personalised to the items that were needed for my skin type, complete with the samples, which were described in the booklet. These are awesome products and I will be ordering them in the future. You will love them as well.
I ordered from them after trying the samples. They only ship by UPS to Canada, so I was worried that I would be dinged with the infamous UPS processing fee for bringing stuff across the border over a certain $ amount. I was pleasantly surprised when the package arrived with no extra charges whatsoever because MB had done it in such a way that there was no custom duty, taxes or processing fee charges. If you ever was to order from them, definitely get the elasto hand cream. The best I have ever used.
Thats strange Sandy, my step mothers and mine both came in regular envelopes from USPS postal service.
Just tried applying and it brought me to a shopping basket asking me to make a purchase. No mention of free samples…..
I had ordered them and then they never came so I sent an email to their customer service months later and they apologized and resent the package to me and this time I got it. It came quickly and I love love love their stuff honestly. If you don’t see anything in the mail in a few weeks, perhaps try sending them an email to check on the status.
