Purchase any one Finish Quantum Max, Quantum Max Power&Free, Max in 1 & Max in 1 Power&Free (18ct or larger), Finish Jet-Dry, Quantum Jet-Dry, Dishwasher Cleaner (200mL or larger) or Dishwasher Freshener product and receive up to $15.00 to cover the cost of the product, plus taxes, by mail. This offer is not valid on base FINISH Powerball products, or any other FINISH product not listed. There is a limit of one refund per individual, family or household. To receive your refund by mail, complete the Official Refund Form, attach the dated cash register receipt from where you purchased any one Finish Quantum Max, Quantum Max Power&Free, Max in 1 & Max in 1 Power&Free (18ct or larger), Finish® Jet-Dry, Quantum® Jet-Dry®, Dishwasher Cleaner (200mL or larger) or Dishwasher Freshener product with the purchase price circled, and the Universal Product Code (UPC) handwritten on the receipt.
