If you’ve never heard of Trade Secrets Canada before, now is the time to acquaint yourself with the online beauty products retailer, as they are currently having a massive Valentine’s Day sale that will give you 20% off on select lipsticks, hair curlers, nail polish and much more! This sale will be running until Valentine’s Day, and whether you’re shopping in-store or online you will be able to save the 20% off – though with the offer of free-shipping within Canada, why would you even consider leaving the comfort of your home and braving the bitterly cold outdoors?

In addition to this Valentine’s Day sale at Trade Secrets, they are also offering – for a limited time – the opportunity to get a free bottle of China Glaze nail polish when you purchase 3 bottles online. With each bottle costing about $9.95, you could pick up three of these delightfully colourful and fun nail polishes for just $29.85. Plus, with Trade Secrets offer of free-shipping within Canada you won’t have to pay any extra fees.

In addition to great brands like Deca, Ardell, Blinc, and many more luxurious beauty brands being included in this Valentine’s Day sale, you can also pick up brands like OPI nail polish for a reduced rate.

For instance, I was able to find bottles of OPI nail polish for just $10.95, which is $2 cheaper than what most of the salons I have purchased it from. They also have a wide range of colours to choose from, including the new Hawaii collection, which includes such playful shades like OPI Is Mai Tai Crooked?, OPI Suzi Shops & Island Hops and OPI Do You Take Lei Away?.
Trade Secrets will be running the Valentine’s Day sale until this Saturday, and the buy 3 get one free sale on China Glaze is on for an undisclosed amount of time.

Winter is far from being over, and though we will forget the brutal sting of morning frost and minus 20 wind chills when we are happily baking in the July summer heat, next year’s winter will once again roll around with the same relentless force as it has continued to do for as long as we can recall. Which is why it never hurts to invest in a good winter jacket, whether you’re halfway or all the way through winter, as you know that there will always be a time and place to use it. The Hudson’s Bay Canada is currently selling women’s outerwear jackets for up to 60% off the regular price, and these discounts are being applied to designer brands as well, like Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein.

No matter what kind of puffer coat you may be on the hunt for this February, hooded or zipped, the Hudson’s Bay has a jacket that can suit your style and your price point perfectly. A hooded quilted puffer jacket with faux-fur trim can be purchased from the designer Calvin Klein at the Bay for just $106 (regularly $265). Or if you prefer a more casual looking jacket, you could pick up this business meets lumberjack Ralph Lauren full zip quilted down jacket for just $125 (was $250).

Alternatively, if you prefer a coat that has a more classic appeal, rather than the functional look of a puffer coat, then you should check out the Guess wool blend duffle coat, which is now discounted by 60% off the regular price of $268, as it is just $107.20.
These coats will all also qualify for free-shipping, since they are above the Hudson’s Bay $99 minimum purchase requirement.

Every home, dorm, and office needs at least one kitchen appliance to function properly: that is, a kitchen kettle. This appliance is essential to maintaining the normalcy of all the individuals who inhabit these spaces, as it is what determines whether or not there will be coffee and tea (or more specifically, caffeine). The Sunbeam 1.7L Cordless Kettle from Walmart.ca is currently on sale for the unbeatable price of $19.77 and it comes in either black, or white.

Most of the other sites that sell this kettle, which is cordless in case the name didn’t already tip you off (making it much more convenient for spaces with limited outlets available), are selling it on average for $10 more. For instance, Sears has almost the exact same model being sold for $29.99, as does Amazon.ca and the Sunbeam retail site.
What’s also great about purchasing either of these cordless, fast-boiling water kettles is that they will ship to your home for free since Walmart.ca ships for free without any minimums.

Today only, when you’re shopping at Sears.ca be sure to check out their daily deal section where they have sleep sets and mattresses marked down by up to 65% off the regular price. The biggest and best deal by far, that you would be silly to not at least take a peak at, is the offer on the wholeHome Style Factory Concordi Euro-Top Sleep Set. Originally this set was being sold for $999.99, but can be purchased now in a queen size mattress for just $349.99 – saving you a total of $650!

If you’re looking for something that will be great for some added back support, the Sealy Posturepedic ‘Lonmay’ Tight-Top Pocket-Coil Sleep Set offers great added support (especially when you purchase the firm mattress), as it includes a 1″ extra-firm, high-density Stay True foam layer. Plus, the sleep set is currently on sale for 65% off the original price of $1,799.99, now just $629.99.
These deals will only be available online at Sears.ca for today, and if you do decide to buy one, you should keep in mind that the shipping will not be included (though the sets are, for the most part, above the $99 minimum for free shipping). Oversized products, like mattresses and sleep sets, will be subject to an additional charge. For instance, the Sealy Posturepedic sleep set will have a shipping fee of $69.95 if you choose to have it shipped to your home. If you choose to have it shipped to the nearest Sears location to your home, however, you will only have to pay the additional tax!

Head on over to Ardene Canada to take advantage of their online Valentine’s Day deals, as for a limited time, they will be offering free-shipping on all orders with no minimums! This is great since Ardene normally won’t offer this freebie until you spend $59.99 or more, thereby having it offered on all orders means that you can spend as little as you wish without having to dole out an extra $9 on shipping and handling!

For those of you wanting to get your Valentine’s Day lingerie, you should check out the selection that Ardene has on bras and panty sets, as they are currently selling sets (of either 2 bras or 2 panties, or a combo of the two!) for 50% off when you buy one. For instance, I was able to pick up this peach balconnet bra (in sizes 32A-36D) and combine it with a matching pair of black lace boy shorts for just $18.25. The bra was $14.50, and the panties were normally $7.50, but were discounted to 50% off (since the lower priced item will be discounted).

Also being sold as a buy one, get one 50% off are swimsuit sets – which you’ll again have the choice of pairing up either two tops, two bottoms, or a mix and match combo of the two. I thought this navy and white stripe twist top and retro style high-waisted bottoms was a fun bather that would look cute for when you’re at those poolside mixers this summer (only 132 more days to go!), plus for the two of them you’ll only have to pay $21.75 as they were both being sold for just $14.50 originally.
Ardene will only be offering free-shipping for a limited time though, so order quick before it runs out!

Porter Airlines Canada will be offering, for just a few more hours, a 30% off promo code sale on all flights booked before 11:59pm EST tonight and travelling before or by June 24th, 2015. Depending on your travel plans for the next few months, be it for vacation or business, this deal could really save you some money. There are, unfortunately, some rather specific guidelines that you will have to book within to receive the full discounted rate starting with the blackout dates of February 13th and 16th, and May 15th and 18th.

And while a full 30% discount would be the better of the two, Porter is also offering a 10% discount on their more popular routes and travel times which will include:
- flights to/from Myrtle Beach and Charleston, SC.
- flights between Canada and United States, for departures between
- 6:00am and 8:59am Monday-Thursday
- 3:00pm to 7:59pm Monday-Thursday
- 9:00am to 1:00pm Saturday
- and full schedule on Friday
- flights from the United States to Canada departures
- flights from Canada to the United States departures
- between 2pm and 11:00pm Sunday
- domestic flights to/from Eastern Canada (Halifax, St. John’s and Moncton) for departures between
- 10:00am and 3:00pm Monday
- 9:00am and 8:00pm Thursday-Friday
- 9:00am to 1:00pm Saturday
- 11:00am-8:00pm Sunday
- domestic flights within the rest of Canada for departures between
- 6:00am and 8:59am Monday-Friday
- 3:00pm to 7:59pm Monday-Friday
- 9:00am to 1:00pm Saturday
- 1:00pm-7:59pm Sunday
All of the other time slots between the ones listed will qualify for the 30% off, but at the very least you will be able to claim 10% off in this sale. By still giving the more popular routes and times a discount, Porter is differentiating themselves from other airlines who will simply blackout those times for any kind of discount. While using this discount, I was able to find a roundtrip ticket from Halifax to Toronto for $39 cheaper than the usual going rate, with the total being just under $400 at $387. I fly this route pretty regularly, and this is one of the cheaper roundtrip tickets that I’ve seen in quite some time.

SmartSource.ca has two new coupons available, one of which is hidden, meaning you won’t be able to find it on the main portal site, but we have collected them for your convenience right here. The coupons are being made available through Dairyland, who is giving you the chance to save while maintaining your health with your daily dose of calcium and protein!
The first coupon is for Dairyland’s TruTaste Lactose Free Milk, which will give you $1 off.

The second coupon available with Dairyland, is their offer of $0.75 off on your purchase of either cottage cheese or sour cream.

There would be nothing sweeter than to receive a delicious smelling tropical scent this Valentine’s Day in the midst of this icicle prison that February is shaping up to be, and Bath and Body Works Canada knows exactly how to ensure that you gift appropriately this week. Valid until Wednesday, February 11th, Bath and Body Works Canada will be giving away a Valentine’s Day coupon that will give you a free product with a value of up to $15. To redeem this coupon, you will first have to print it out and then spend the qualifying minimum fee of $10, after which you will be allowed to pick any item that is equal to or less than $15 for free.

There is also the continued promotion at Bath and Body Works of buying 3 signature collection products, and receiving 3 for free, should you wish to stock up on body lotions and fragrances – though you won’t be able to stack your $15 free coupon with other coupons or discounts going on in-store. I’d also suggest that if you were using the coupon, to spend as close to $15 as you can as you will not receive any change back if your free product is well below the coupon’s value.

The Hudson’s Bay Canada has always been known, to me at least, as a one stop shop for all your gifts and discounted designer wear pieces that also won’t break the bank. Today’s online daily forecast deal does not disappoint, especially for those of us who have come to love the Bay for their great designer mark-downs, as you can save up to 35% off on men’s dress shirts, accessories, ties and underwear. The selection of designers in this sale range from the wrinkle free-dress shirts by Arrow, to the ever so classic brand name shirts by Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein.

The discount, which can be up to 35% off, will not be applied to your purchase until you have added the item to your cart; so don’t be fooled by the advertised price on the website, as there is savings to be found once you simply add your desired product to your cart. I, for instance, was able to find this men’s slim fit dress shirt in a bright, eggshell blue marked down to just $63.75 (was $85).

Alternatively, if you’re on the hunt for something a bit more seasonal for this weekend’s festivities, you could pick up this vibrant, Valentine red men’s classic fit non-iron shirt by Geoffrey Beene for just $42 (was $60). As the bright red is a colour that can’t be worn as often as say, a blue or white dress shirt, you may not want to splurge as much as you usually would for everyday dress shirts – making this great price of $42 an ideal price point.

For the ladies on the list, we have not forgotten about you, as the Hudson’s Bay has dedicated an entire department to their Valentine’s Day shoppers which is full of creative ideas for both him and her, plus, the ever so necessary, chocolate gift ideas section. While most of us would love nothing more than to receive a golden box filled with 105 pieces of Godiva chocolates, very few of us can actually justify spending $104 on something that will end up giving us a cataclysmic sugar hangover and tummy ache to boot – especially when we know that we could inflict the same amount of pain on our bodies by shopping at the Bulk Barn with $20 in our back pocket.

That being said, there are some cute ideas in here for those of you not wanting to spend a fortune this Valentine’s Day. For instance, this Hanky Panky Rosebud low-rise thong is just $30 and comes in the adorable packaging of faux red (or pink) rose. Normally pairs of these panties sell for $25, so for the extra $5 you’ll also be getting the seasonally themed packaging – which is worth the splurge in my mind.

In celebration of the Maple Leafs win last night, Shop.ca (one of the sponsors for the Leafs) will be offering to those of you who ‘like’ their Facebook page a code that will give you $20 off your purchase of $50 or more. The total of your purchase must be $50 before any Shop.ca discounts have been applied, so if you’re looking for any hot items to buy, I’ve got a few suggestions of my own that may be of interest to those of you who claimed this offer.

Having recently been on the hunt for a new blender, but also not wanting to drop an unseemly $700 on a kitchen appliance (such as the Vitamin Professional Series), I thought that this Cuisinart Speedhand Blender (in red) would be a great substitution to a traditional blender. Being sold at just $54, this handheld immersion blender is ideal for people with limited space and who are also cooking for smaller groups (1-2). The handheld blender also gives you the option to mix soups right in the pot – a feature that I certainly would enjoy! Plus, with your $20 off, the blender would only end up costing you $34.

For those of you who are looking to spend a little more on your kitchen appliances (or whatever else you should desire to purchase from Shop.ca), I’d suggest holding out a couple of weeks until this offer from PayPal kicks in. The offer, which will be available from February 18th until 11:59pm EST on March 8th, will give you $50 off your total purchase when you spend $125 or more. Since this offer is being given through PayPal and Shop.ca, however, you will obviously have to make your purchase through PayPal – which is free to sign-up for, and also provides you with save and convenient payment options for almost all of your online shopping.
This offer has not been e-mailed out yet, but if you check your PayPal accounts ‘Wallet’ feature, you will see that it has been loaded. We cannot confirm if these deals, the $20 off Facebook code and the PayPal offer, can be stacked, as the latter will not be live until February 18th.

This week’s set of A&W Canada coupons will have you begging for more bacon, as it seems to be a highlighted feature in almost all of the deals. Each of the coupons will be valid until February 22nd, 2015 and will only be able to be used once per paying customer’s visit.
The first coupon is the offer of one free Buddy Burger with cheese when you make the purchase of ANY combo, but the combo you initially purchase must be paid for at the regular price (so no combining of coupons will be allowed, and the same will apply for the rest of the coupons).

The other coupons that A&W is offering this week all include some kind of freebie or free upgrade, which is great because who doesn’t love hearing the word ‘free’ when it comes to delicious hamburgers and fries?
- buy one Bacon n’ Egger or Sausage n’ Egger sandwich and get the 2nd FREE
- buy one Mama, Papa, or Grandpa Burger and add bacon and cheese for FREE
- upgrade to poutine for FREE when you buy fries or a combo at regular price
You will have to be a member at A&W to print out these coupons, but signing up is simple and, our favourite word around here, free!

From February 7th-14th, Kelsey’s Canada is going to be celebrating Valentine’s Day in the only way they know how to: by offering delicious, cheap eats and affordable (good!) wine. Kelsey’s will be offering their ValenWINE’s menu until February 14th, but that doesn’t mean you can’t dine out twice this week – especially with the amount of food you will receive in this meal at just $25 a head!

In true lovers style, each couple will share the appetizer (which is spinach dip) and the dessert, which are the easily shareable, and quite cute I might add, brownie pops. Kelsey’s will then give each person the choice of a main, the options which include a sirloin steak, a seafood pasta dish, grilled salmon, Alfredo chicken or Thai chili chicken.

For the wine, Kelsey’s offers you the choice between a white wine, the Villa Maria Sauvignon Blanc, and the Charles and Charles Cabernet Syrah, each of which are being sold for just $33.

For this weekend only, you last minute Valentine’s Day shoppers can rejoice in the offer going on at Teavana Canada where they are offering a 3-day shipping upgrade on all orders placed before February 15th, 2015. This means that instead of paying the usual rate of $9.95, you can leave your shopping to the last minute and not be (terribly) penalized for doing so.

And with that shipping offer in mind, you should also check out the Valentine’s Day sale on sweet tumblers and teas, where select pieces of merchandise are on sale for up to 30% off the regular price.

While it’s not on sale for 30% off, this adorable Valentine Tea Tin is just $9.95 and with the 3-day shipping upgrade for an extra $5, your order total would come out to being just under $15.
Click here to shop the Valentine’s Day sale at Teavana Canada online.

On top of having a sitewide savings of 15% off when you use the promo code, SAVE15, at checkout, 1800Flowers.ca will also be running several deals up until midnight on Valentine’s Day that will save you upwards of 50% off.
The first Valentine’s Day offer that 1800Flowers is running is on a timeless pairing: chocolate and roses. The one dozen roses with a vase and accompanying chocolates is currently on sale for just $59.99, regularly $79.99. When you apply the SAVE15 promo code to the bouquet though, it then reduces to being just $50.

One of the site’s better offers, and a personal favourite, is the 50% discount on the Valentine’s Day Rose and Gerbera Daisy Bouquet. The bouquet normally sells for $69.99, but right now can be purchased for $33.99.

The last offer, designed for the softy Valentine, (as it comes with a plush teddy bear in tow) is the abundant love bouquet, which also features a box of chocolates with the dozen stems of red roses. This bouquet would normally cost you $99.99, but can be purchased before Valentine’s Day for just $72.24.
Shipping and handling is $14.95 when you buy with 1800Flowers.ca.
