Chapters Indigo followed Amazon’s announcement this morning and lowered their free shipping when you spend $25! I figured Chapter’s would follow suit but I didn’t think it would be this quickly. Now all we have to do is sit back and wait for Best Buy and Future shop to follow! Click here to check out Chapters and Amazon. This is so exciting to me because I’m always trying to find a “few smaller things” to get up to $39. Now if I just want a book and a movie I don’t have to worry as I’ll already have the free shipping!

I heard in the news, a week or two ago, that Futureshop would be hiring 4,000 extra seasonal workers for the holiday shopping season. And since they and Best Buy are the same company, it would stand to reason they’re expecting big sales. I said all that to say, that yes, they’ll copy the same promotion, I’m sure!
