My fiance just received 3 pairs of glasses totalling a little over $300 ($275 after 15% discount); I called to ask if they could apply the 50% credit toward our order since we hadn’t been billed yet. At first the lady said no because we made the order last week and the sale was today only, but I told her that we could just return the ones we had received and reorder the exact same glasses to get the discount, so it would more beneficial to them to just apply the credit. She checked with her supervisor and called me back later in the evening saying no problem, they’d adjust our bill to give us the 50% off, bringing the new total to $166! So we saved over $100 thanks to this and a little persuasion! Thanks again!
