My hubby just ordered a pair 1.5 weeks ago. They ran the same promotion. Normally a pair would cost $9-$15 for shipping. He paid $50 (with the free pair of frames) because he upgraded to thinner lenses. We received them yesterday, and he is so happy with them – keep in mind that he’s a perfectionist, and normally will critique just about everything.
They have a very long exclusion list…AFTER you pick out the frames and enter all of your eye prescription info. Beware of that, and don’t choose name brand/higher end priced frames.
They just had this promo a week ago. Isn’t it too soon for them to have another 10000 giveaway again? I got my free pair from last week. So happy about it. I was pleasantly surprised that I got my order so fast. 2 days after, it was shipped and I got it the very next day.
I just tried to order and the code didn’t work. Could it be over already?
how do you know what frames will be included in the sale? I kept trying different ones… regular… clearance… re-entering the info over and over to try the code…

I have my prescription but not my PD. I used a ruler to guess. I also tried their online tool but it seems to get much higher numbers with that tool. I placed an order with the one I measured, has anyone had better luck with the tool. Are you only allowed one pair total or one pair per promotion? Re sunglasses, I think it’s an extra $30, I paid $10 shipping and $7 handling. Thanks.

I just called my eye doctor to ask for help with a prescription I have, and the only reason i am mentioning this is because it can be very unsafe for you r eyes..It is illegal to order or disribute eye glasses over the internet in ontario. If you were to bring glasses into an eye doctor they wouldnt even touch you, and if they Pupil distance is wrong its very bad for your eyes..I have already got this promotion for my son, and now im rethinking about him wearing these glasses…..

Angela, the glasses aren’t being sold “in Ontario” so it’s not illegal actually.
He wants you to shop with them, thats why you always ASK for your prescription when you get an eye exam, that way you are FREEE to shop WHEREVER you want.
Also, your dr may not “touch you” if you had Clearly Contacts glasses but any Dr who wants to keep your business will. My opt. that i’ve had since I was a kid KNOWS I get my sunnies and back ups from Clearly and they adjust them for free for me. He thinks its great to save. I spend my insurance allowance there every two years and get my eyes checked there and thats good enough for them.
