It might just be my internet…but the site is loading super slow!
I just did a live chat with customer service about the shipping cost to Canada and she told me that the $6.95 shipping charge to Canada via paypal payment was a computer glich so the cost would come to $14.95. Just an FYI.

I had never heard of ELF before today and when I went to the website I thought there must have been a mistake – the prices are so cheap! $1 for almost every item I put in my shopping cart! I got eyeliners, eyeshadow, bronzer, lip gloss, nail polish, hand soap, tinted moisturizer and some brushes. I hope the quality is good – if so, I just found my new cosmetics supplier!! Thanks for the heads up about this amazing sale. I only paid $6.95 shipping, which is well worth not having to go to the store and make decisions (and spend more overall anyways!)
I’m still waiting for an order that I made over 2 weeks ago! I recall ordering something in March and it only took a week to get to me.
Regarding duties at the border…I suspect it is hit and miss. I’ve ordered 3 times, each one over $50 and did not get hit up by customs.

Moneyforsquares, when it takes you back to the chekout after the paypal page you still have to “confirm” the order otherwise it didn’t go through. If it did you will have a receipt of authorization from paypal and a receipt from ELF so 2 seperate emails……
I’ve had that “computer glitch” at least 10x this year. 😉
Also, I had this other glitch where they didn’t charge me shipping at all because my order was so small. FYI. But it’s trial and error. Having said that, I’ve spent a lot on ELF so no harm done.
