So, this only apply’t to adult woman and men’s clothes? and they have to already be the “sale” items? Also, anyone know what time zone this is in?

Yes, only on mens and womens styles and only things already on sale. I was in there last weekend and there wasn’t a whole lot on sale that I even wanted in the first place.
