Another deal worth mentioning is this Royale deal at Safeway.  Royale toilet paper including Velour are $5 and you get 50 Air Miles when you buy two.  If you use your $3 Velour coupon and $1 regular, you would pay only $6 for two packs of toilet paper and get over $5 back in Air Miles.  If you can get your hands on a second $3 coupon, this deal is a money maker!
