This year’s 23rd annual International Home & Garden Show is just around the corner! Will you be going?
(The only time that I went was when I worked at a florist who had a booth at the convention.)
The convention takes place Thursday, March 31st – Sunday, April 3rd at the International Centre which is near the airport. Admission is as follows: Adult – $15, Seniors – $12, Youth – $12, & 8yo and under – $1. Even though there’s an admission fee, at least there’ll be plenty of free parking!
If you’re planning to do any renos &/or landscaping this Spring, this’ll probably be a great place to get ideas…or even talk to some vendors to negotiate a deal!
Click here for the Show’s website.
P.S. While you’re at the Home & Garden Show, check out Carassauga’s Dumpling Festival which is happening at the same place/time. Admission to Home & Garden will also get you into the Dumpling Fest, so take advantage!
Well no because i don’t live in toronto……………
Yes, it would be nice if you specified ANYWHERE that this was a Toronto-based event. It’s only in the tags (well, that & the graphic does have Toronto Star on it) that it tells you *where* this home garden show is being held!
Yes, it is near where I live so I will be able to go. Haven’t been to a home & garden show in years! Hopefully, it will be a good show.
If you are in the area of Square One, take the Airport bus Rt 7-it’s only hourly on Saturdays. You can take the GO Transit bus to Square One and then walk over to the Mississauga Transit terminal-bus stop is near the intersection on the other side of Rathburn.
Mention of the Carassauga festival event-might be closest I’ll get to Carassauga…thanks for the alert about the dumplings!
