How do I get the photo prints back? Do they ship them to me or do I need to pick them up somewhere?

  2. Isabelle says:

Unfortunately I got : Unsupported postal code

    I’m from Granby (Quebec).

  3. So says:

    Shipping and Handling

Why don’t you ship everywhere in Canada?

We can ship to any Canadian address outside of the Province of Quebec. Shipping to Quebec is not available due to exclusive agreements between our photo lab provider and other clients, otherwise we would be happy to serve Quebec residents as well.

  6. Siobhan says:

I just ordered 200 prints with this special; I can’t wait to receive them and see how they turned out.

We’ve been waiting ever since the baby was born to have pictures printed, but I hated the thought of paying 19 cents/print.

I hope the quality is good, cause if it is, we will be using Kwikpix much more often!

How much is the shipping & handling fee for delivery to a Toronto address if I order 50 ( 4 x 6 ) prints .

I only need 50 right now so the printing price should be 50 x 5 cents…any idea how much the S & H is ?? Is it a fixed rate or varies according to the order ?

  16. Billy says:

Shipping for my 423 pics was $15

  18. Mike Laker says:

KwikPix offers two deals these days.

4×6 and 5×7 prints are offered at $0.10 cents for 50 prints. For the 5×7 prints in particular compare with $0,97 cents at WalMart Photocentre.

You also can get 50% off the second print of your Photobooks.

Great offers for the avid photographer after the Holidays

picmaster101’s comments look very suspiciously like astro-turfing.

Never trust comments which sound like advertizing sound-bites.

  20. Mike says:

“Our software is incompatible with the Windows 95, 98, ME, MAC OS and Linux operating systems.
We fully support the following systems: Windows 2000, XP, Vista and Windows7.”

    🙁

Guess I’d have to use my old desktop computer to order instead of my laptop.

  26. Sara says:

Hi everyone. My name is Sara, and I’m one of the social media co-ordinators for Kwikpix.ca. First off, let me say for those interested, there’s almost always promos happening. 15% off 4×6 right now, for example.
Emily, I’m very sorry you’ve had a bad experience. How can I make it better? And Cindy, I’m a MAC user too, AND I live in QC so I can’t take advantage until I visit my (PC) family in Ontario. We’re working on it. We do want to be competitive in prices and service, so feedback like this is very helpful. Thank you! BTW, we’re always giving out promos on our FB and Twitter pages. We’d love to see you there!

  27. Jason Neve says:

I am very disappointed to learn that I cannot use Kwikpix for photo printing. I am very unhappy with the product and especially the customer service.
I was told by the customer service agent that the first 74 prints did not turn out correctly because I did not correctly use the upload tool, and the red rectangle crop box.
I uploaded my photos a second time and made sure that the red rectangle was exactly where I needed it to be.
I asked the customer service agent for assurance that the same mistake would not occur again.
I was then told that the red rectangle is just an indication of where the prints might be cropped, but that Kwikpix will crop as much as 0.5 inches closer than the red box, which is ridiculous considering that the print is 4 in x 6 in.
I guess I could add a white border to my images, however I would still be taking a chance with where the images are actually cropped; Kwikpix does not allow me to control where my images will be cropped, and does not have a mechanism in place to control the problem.
There are also about 20 of the 74 images that I bought that need to bleed right to the edge. Kwikpix does not allow you to have a border on some images, and no border on others in the same order. If I place two orders to have some with a border and some without, I will be charged shipping and handling twice, and both orders must be minimum 50 units.
The customer service agent refused to fix my photos, refund my order, or let me talk to anyone else.
Even though I intend to print about 10,000 photos, I do not intend to use Kwikpix again. The product is unreliable and the customer service is very bad. I did not get a refund on the order they improperly printed, and the customer service agent was unhelpful and vague. I will advise my friends and family not to use Kwikpix.
I have spent about an hour in total on the phone with the customer service agent and sent about a half-dozen emails. Still, my complaint has not been resolved and contrary to their guarantee of satisfaction, Kwikpix did not even come close to ensuring that I got what I paid for. I asked to speak to any other Kwikpix representative, however the customer service agent refused to provide a name, phone number or email address for anyone at Kwikpix.
The only way I have to tell my story and to speak to the management and ownership of Kwikpix is on blogs, social media and review sites.

  28. Sarah says:

I have over 1000 pictures uploaded to their site and now understnad the site was closed. This after uploaded the same amount on a canadia site advertised co, but with US shipping – not woth it. This is extremely dissapointing…
