They where doing this for Ottawa also, not sure if it is the same for TO but the seats were actually out on the lawn.
@MattC – Thanks! Turns out the concert I was looking at (The Killers) is missing the Pizza Pizza Special Offer field. I checked the others and can see it on those pages.

Where?!?! I dont see the “pizza pizza special offer” section ANYWHERE!!
Tickets are still available for Katy Perry, in the 400 section…but so far, that’s about it.
As well as Blue Rodeo, also in the 400’s
Also available for Dream Theater, again – 400’s
And that’s it, I’ve checked them all…
