There are loads of designers out there but the ones I came across either charged ridiculously expensive fees or they sucked. What about posting at some Universities? You may be able to get some computer sciences students to do it for dirt cheap and in turn they’d be able to put it on their resume.
I don’t think SC is in need of an upgrade at all Boo. It already looks very professional and well-organized.
If all ya needed was a new banner I could hook ya up, but otherwise I’m no good with all that technical design stuff. 🙁
