These are horrible. We have one at work; spews out way too much soap…when you can get it to work. Your hand must be placed “just” “so”. We now have one of these and one simple hand-pump dispenser. Guess which gets used more?

I agree, it’s not very user friendly. I wouldn’t purchase again. It won’t pump when I need it to and pumps when I don’t want it to!

    Where can I purchase this?

I`ve used this, and haven`t had any issues. I`ve been trying to find the kitchen verison though

“Lily- walmart, superstore i know carries them here

I also have one of these and do not have a problem either, I just make sure the sensor is clear of left over soap. Try cleaning the sensor at the top, sometimes it gets covered in soap when hands get too close to the top and it it hard to detect people properly.

To save money, I cut a hole in the top of 1 of the soap bottles so I can use my own soap instead of buying the lysol brand. I then plug up the hole with a plastic wine stopper. Kinda like what this person did here: http://thumbs4.ebaystatic.com/d/l225/m/mEp1lDWP_3lDVstaIL4QmWw.jpg
