I like this new printable coupon from Metro Ontario, it makes dinner easy and lets you earn bonus Air Miles at the same time. I’ve never tried Metro’s rotisserie chicken before, as I always get it from Costco at $6.99. Is the Metro chicken good too?

the second time i bought this was a great dissapointment. .the potato wedges were not tasting the right way for whatever reason…so be warned… but if u get a good batch, this is a good deal as they give u lots of wedges

Not very tasty! The chicken was very dry. The potato wedges tasted “old”. We won’t have their chicken and wedges again.
Metro has a special on Tuesday for the BBQ Chicken ( 1.1 kg ) for only $ 6.99 after 4.00 PM ..reg. price is $ 9.99 .
This is just the chicken I am talking about ..not a meal deal or anything.
Their chicken is pretty good .. I don’t think I will pay $ 9.99 for it ..but for $ 6.99 on Tuesday’s its definitely worth it 🙂
I think stuff like this can vary quite a bit from store to Store. I’m not a big fan of their BBQ chickens, they use some nasty orange fat for basting, and while it tastes pretty good hot, it’s nasty cold. There’s just me, so I like to have leftovers for a salad or sandwich.
I think it varies store to store. I looove the chicken at the store by me. Its delicious. I don’t like the potatoes however, so we usually get a greek or garden salad and some french bread to go with it instead.
Just checked my Metro and the cheapest meal deal is $11.99. It includes 700 gr chicken, one 454 salad and dipping sauce.
We often get the chicken, it’s always very good. The last time we got the meal deal with wedges, it was TOO good (they give a ton of wedges, the two of us finished them all in one sitting…)
The chicken is hit a miss. Sometime when I buy it, it is dry and sometimes it is soooo good. Tuesday special is $6.99 for just the chicken.
