Netflix has slowly been going downhill in quality while their prices have been going in the opposite direction. They are also slowly getting rid of family sharing. And the final straw that broke the camel’s back is their introduction of ads on their new “Basic with ads” plan. This goes against the whole reason Netflix was founded and succeeded in the first place.

All that rambling aside, some people may appreciate the cheaper $5.99 basic plan with ads. As of the writing of this article here are Netflix’s plans and their prices:
