I have mentioned a few places where you can pick up Nature Valley bars extremely cheap when the new flyers kick in this week, but now you can get them free! From January the 5th to the 11th, Metro Ontario has Nature Valley bars and Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks advertised for 3 for $5. Use you coupon for $5 off when you purchase three and you will pay just the taxes on the Nature Valley granola bars.

You will be able to price match this, but if you have multiple coupons it may be better just to head to Metro if possible, since Walmart tends to run out these items being price matched quickly, and Real Canadian Superstore and No Frills are becoming stricter with limits on price matching. Freshco allows only two of an item to be price matched so keep that in mind before heading there.

Usually, Value Village promotions exclude red tagged (new/never worn) items but this new promo is only valid on new winter boots and accessories.  Starting tomorrow, stop by a Value Village location and save 50% on new winter boots, hats, gloves, hosiery and other accessories.

Here is another great use for your coupons that save you $5 off the purchase three participating General Mills products. Real Canadian Superstore Ontario has Nature Valley bars on sale from January the 5th to the the 11th, for just $1.98. Purchase three and use your coupon for $5 off, and you will pay just 64 cents for the three packages, working out to 21 cents per box.

Don’t forget that when you use the coupon on the Nature Valley bars that you will be paying tax on the granola bars, and is you choose to use it on the Cheerios there will be no tax. Betty Crocker fruit snacks are also $1.88 in this flyer so that is another option.

Also keep in mind this coupon is only valid for the month of January so don’t wait too long to use them up.

Most of you will be looking for the best deal on General Mills items this month to use up those $5 off when you buy three participating products coupon. Here is an amazing deal on Cheerios at No Frills Ontario beginning January the 5th!

From January the 5th to the 11th, No Frills Ontario has General Mills cereal, including Cheerios, on sale for just $1.88 a box. Use you coupon for $5 off your purchase when you buy three boxes, and you will pay just 64 cents for all three boxes, which works out to just 21 cents per box!

For those of you who are gluten free, I noticed that a couple of varieties of Cheerios now say Gluten Free on the box, and gluten free cereal at this price point is fairly rare. You may want to pick some up even if you don’t have the coupons. I’m not sure what is left for Kellogg’s coupons after the great expiry of 2016, but Kellogg’s cereals are also $1.88, so you may want to dig out whatever Kellogg’s coupons you may have as well.
