One of the surefire methods for ensuring you look your best and well rested in the morning is to simply get a solid night’s sleep. This one-step plan may upon first glance seem simple, but for most of us getting the recommended 8 hours of sleep each night is a solution that is easier said than done. That is why there are helpful little products, like Garnier Canada’s Miracle Cream, out there to help ‘fake’ that ‘I just slept for 8 hours’ look.

Garnier Canada believes in their product so much that they are giving away free samples of their Miracle Cream. To receive your freebie, all you have to do is fill out this form and then wait between 4-6 weeks for your sample to arrive by mail. And if you don’t already have these coupons from Garnier, then I’d suggest you head over to their website to claim their three print-at-home coupons. These coupons include:

• save $1 on any Garnier Fructis product
• save $2 when you buy a box of Garnier Nutrisse
• save $2 on any Garnier Clean+ product

Pizza Pizza Canada has some special deals on right now that are bound to make your pizza night a lot more frugal than what you’re used to. Right now, you can buy a large 3 topping pizza with 3 cokes (of your choice) for just $13.99, or you can upgrade to an extra-large for just $16.99. To put this in perspective, a large 3 topping pizza from Pizza Pizza Canada, without the 3 cans of coke, would normally be $15.74 alone.

Another hot deal that Pizza Pizza is currently offering, would perhaps be best if you are order for more of a crowd and need a little more diversity in your order. Instead, you could order two medium pizzas with 4 toppings (combined), 6 cokes, and two dips for just $18.99. You can also choose to upgrade your mediums to two larges for an extra $5, meaning you’d only pay $23.99.

Instead of making plans to just meet your friends this week at your local watering hole for Friday night drinks, you should instead modify your plans so that you first stop by the nearest Starbucks Canada store between 3-5pm as they are bring back the infamous Frappuccino Happy Hour.

Starting this Friday, May 1st, until May 10th, when you go into any Starbucks between 3-5pm you can buy any Frappuccino Blended Beverage for half-off the regular price. Considering that these are some of the most expensive items on the Starbucks menu, a discount of 50% off is quite significant for your pocketbook. Plus, with the forecasted weather for this weekend looking to, hopefully, warm up a bit an ice cold frappuccino may be just the kind of afternoon pick me up you were looking for.

When the seasons change – particularly the change between winter to spring – my allergies act up more than a toddler inside a department store who has missed their afternoon nap. The only escape from my runny nose, and an irritating dry throat and ears, apart from lots of Claritin, is generally sleep. If you don’t have a mattress protector, like this Linenspa Hypoallergenic Mattress Protector, then your sleep may not be as much of an escape as it is a prison. Mattresses can trap allergens, like dust mites, and if you are breathing these in while you sleep then you certainly won’t be doing your poor allergy-ridden self any good.

What’s especially nice about this Linenspa Premium Mattress Protector is that it’s not only hypoallergenic, and 100% waterproof, but it is also on sale right now for just $18.99 in the queen-size, which is a discount of almost 80% off the original price of $84.99. You can pick the mattress up in many other sizes, though the discount may not be as much as it is for the queen-size. The other price points for the various sizes are:

• twin size, now $22.99 (was $74.99)
• twin XL, now $24.99 (was $79.99)
• king, now $24.99 (was $99.99)
• California king, now $19.99 (was $99.99)
• full, now $19.99 (was $84.99)

Amazon.ca offers free-shipping on all orders that are $25 or more. If you were to buy the queen-size mattress protector, only $18.99, plus the queen-size pillow protector, now only $13.99 (was $34.99), you would only have to pay $32.98 and you would then also qualify for free-shipping.
