The great clearance finds continue this week as our members continue to report finding some awesome items at great prices. Keep in mind that all of these findings and the clearance percentage off may vary by store. Also keep in mind that there is such a large amount of clearance this time of year and it is difficult to keep up with. Therefore many items may actually be lower than the sticker price if the item has not been re-ticketed yet. So, if there is something to your liking make sure to scan it. It could actually be cheaper than the sticker price! Don’t forget about Temporary Price Cuts either. Those are the yellow flags you will see in store. Some items on Temporary Price Cut can often be discounted by 50% or more. Here are some of the items you may want to look for if you venture to Target Canada this week:

• seasonal Christmas items may now be 70% off at some locations
• select Lego sets up to 70% off
• girls sport socks 70% off
• gift sets (such as Fruits and Passion and EOS Lip Balm) up to 70% off
• select Cover Girl cosmetics up to 70% off
• winter jackets up to 70% off
• Simply Shabby Chic Cozy Blankets up to 70% off
• Venus Razor Cartridges up to 70% off
• select CHI flat irons up to 70% off

More finds are reported by our members daily so make sure to keep up with our Target Clearance thread, which can by found by clicking here.

For any of you wishing to break into the hobby of designing miniature models, then you should definitely check out this hot deal being offered at Sears Outlet Canada right now where the Nano U.S.S. Enterprise Aircraft Carrier Deluxe Building Set is only $46.94. This reduction on the Sears website is 30% off its regular listed price, but when comparing the prices of this building set on other sites the reduction was shown to be even larger.

For instance, the Nano U.S.S. Enterprise Aircraft Carrier Deluxe Building set was being sold for $138.17 on Amazon.ca, and on eBay.ca the lowest available price was $83.49.

And while the details for this building set may not be as magnified as other Nanoblocks sets, the 890-piece U.S.S. Aircraft Carrier set provides enough of a challenge for a person who is new to the world of miniature design without discouraging them completely. Each individual piece still measures just 4 X 4 X 5 millimetres with the finished product measuring only 15.25″ L x 3.25″ W x 3.25″ H.

The shipping and handling at Sears Outlet is only covered should you spend over $99, otherwise it will be an extra $9.95 for shipping and handling.

Fashion forward and budget friendly retailer Forever 21 Canada is offering an extra 30% off their sale items from January 5th, 2015 to January 11th, 2015. Online buyers must enter the Forever 21 Canada promo code EXTRA30 at checkout. Those shopping in-store will have the discount applied at the register.

A great deal to be had is this vibrant red hooded toggle coat. It is a versatile piece that would suit all seasons. It had an original price of $63.80. Its sale price of $43.99 is a hearty $20 savings. The sale price with the extra 30% off however brings the jacket to a near 50% off the original price at an even more affordable $30.80 plus tax.

Keep in mind shipping is only free over $60. If you’re close to a Forever 21 location, shopping in-store will avoid this cost. If you are an online shopper like myself though, this can be an excuse to find a sale pair of boots to match the jacket and reach that $60 mark.

Admittedly, I was actually beginning to panic because for the first time in years I had absolutely no valid toilet paper coupons. Thankfully, GoCoupons.ca has bailed me out by adding another of my favorite coupons that I have come to rely on. Save $1 on the purchase of Royale Velour with this coupon, available for order by mail only. The coupon is valid on ANY size, which is great because sometimes you can get really great deals on the smaller packs with these coupons.

A minimum of two coupons is required to complete your order from GoCoupons.ca, so make to add at least one other coupon to your order. Shoppers Drug Mart usually includes the Velour when they have Royale Bathroom Tissue advertised for $3.99 during one day sales. I find that is the best way to use these coupons, especially if you collect Optimum points and are trying to reach the $50 minimum required for 20x the points. You can’t ever have enough toilet paper!

Logitech Anywhere Wireless Optical Mouse MX is on sale at Future Shop for $39.99 (regular price $69.99). This mouse uses darkfield technology which means it can pretty much work on any surface: pants, chairs, glossy tables, etc. If you’re the kind of person who’s always on the move and using your mouse at random locations and on all kinds of weird surfaces then this mouse is for you.

The only downside is that some people complain that after a year or two the mouse click becomes too sensitive and starts registering the single click as a double click. There’s an easy online fix for this however and as I’ve mentioned in my previous posts, Logitech has one of the best warranty programs out there. So you should be fine.

The coupon gods appear to be smiling down on us this morning. Here is an incredibly fantastic coupon that just became available through WebSaver.ca. Save $1 on the purchase of any 250g Philadelphia Cream Cheese product. You do have the option of printing the coupon, or having it mailed to your home address, or whatever address you have specified in your WebSaver.ca account.

I personally have a fridge full of Philadelphia Cream Cheese already, thanks to Philadelphia Cream Cheese coupons that were previously available, like the $1 off the Cinnamon variety, but there is always room for more Philly, especially considering this coupon is valid on any variety.

If you choose to have the coupon mailed, webSaver.ca for a four coupon minimum requirement for your order. If you do not have four coupons available to select, you may save the coupon to your account and order  it later when more coupons become available.
