It’s free-shipping day today in Canada, and retailers across the country will be offering free-shipping with no minimums, like one of our favourite deal savvy stores, Forever 21 Canada. In addition to offering free-shipping, Forever 21 will also be giving you the chance to save 30% on all outerwear, select sweaters and accessories when you shop both online and in-store. When you’re shopping in-store, the discount will already be applied to the merchandise, but when you’re shopping online you’ll have to enter the promo code, GETCOZY, at checkout to claim your savings.

Since today is free-shipping at Forever 21 with no minimums, the goal for your order would probably be best maximized if you were able to keep it as low as possible. I would suggest scouting through the sale section for some stocking stuffers or last minute secret santa presents, and also using the GETCOZY promo code to get the best discounts available. I was able to find this satin lapel blazer for only $23.66 (was $33.80). This would be a great staple for holiday parties to wear over your dress to keep warm and stylish or even to bring up the cache on a pair of jeans.

You should also check out Forever 21’s gifts under $15, gifts under $10, and gifts under $5 sections where you are sure to find something for everyone on your list-plus, with today’s offer of free-shipping with no minimums, you could get something as cheap as these nail polish trios for only $5.90 and just pay that!

Forever 21 Canada will only be offering free-shipping for today on online orders, and the 30% off on select sweaters and accessories will be on for a limited time.

Do you want to build a snowman? If you aren’t, then I’m sure you’ve got a little one at home who would be absolutely ticked pink to take one of these Frozen Flip ‘n Switch Castles home and build their very own snowman with the Anna MagiClip fashion doll that’s included inside this Disney bundle from Amazon.ca.

Not only is this a great set, as the chaise in Anna’s room is a versatile accessory that can be flipped around to reveal a vanity, but it is also being sold for 35% off the original price, now only $16.24.

And since this order is just $10 shy of qualifying for free-shipping, if you’re looking to find a stacking product, why not combine your Frozen Castle with this Disney Frozen Swirling Snow Sleigh? This sleigh is also being sold for 35% off, being originally $34.99, but is now just $22.74. You will also receive another Anna doll, which is great if you have two little girls at home who both want to play with their Frozen dolls at the same time; I know my sisters and I would’ve benefited from having more than one princess doll around at one time.

Your order total if you get both of these Frozen sets from Amazon.ca will be $33.98, plus free-shipping and handling, though before the 35% discounts would have cost you just under $60!

The Hudson’s Bay Canada knows its about time they brought down the prices on their designer watches (sorry for the pun, I couldn’t resist). Right now, in the Hudson’s Bay deal of the day, you can get designer watches from brands like Hugo Boss, Anne Klein, Diesel and more for 30% off their original price. For a watch, that is a pretty significant markdown especially on some of these models which can reach into the $500+ bracket.

You can even get Swiss Military watches for 30% off their regular price in this deal, which is pretty sweet considering these are some of the top of the line watches out there. This Swiss Platoon is $250 before the 30% off, and is a highly dependable design that will last you a lifetime (plus, there’s a 3-year warranty included). After the discount, you will take $75 off your watch, and then depending on where you live will pay the tax on top of that.

As you can see, the discount will not be applied till the very end of your transaction, and the shipping and handling will also not be included since this item is an accessory and does not go toward your $99 minimum for free-shipping.

If you’re looking for a watch in this sale more for fashion purposes rather than functionality, there is still a wide selection for you as well. Like this DKNY women’s standard rose gold watch, which is originally $140 but after the discount will be under $100, only $98. This designer sale on watches is only online, however, so if you’re just buying the watch you will have to pay shipping and handling; unless you are able to stack with another qualifying item that exceeds $99.

And if you aren’t shopping online at the Hudson’s Bay, you still have a chance to cash in on some major savings with their spend more, save more event going on until December 14th. If you shop in-store at the Bay, you can scratch and save up to an extra 25% off on your in-store purchase. And if you’re shopping online, you can qualify for additional savings the more you spend:

• spend more than $500, and save an extra $100
• spend between $300-$499, and save an extra $50
• spend between $150-$299, and save an extra $25

This sale has a lot of exclusions, however, all of which you can read in full detail here, but the main gist of it is that you cannot apply this deal on one-day sales, women’s and men’s apparel and accessories, major appliances, furniture, mattresses, beauty brands and coffee pods.

Now at Amazon.ca, there are some deals on TV and movies worth mentioning, and they are listed below:

• Frasier: The Complete Series for $94.99
• Superman: The Motion Picture Anthology 1978-2006 [Blu-ray] (Bilingual) for $29.99

• Denzel Washington Film Collection DVD for $19.99
• Bond 50: The Complete 23-Film Collection with Skyfall [Blu-ray] (Bilingual) for $94.99

Also, unrelated but interesting since it generates a true sine wave instead of a modified sine wave:

• Nature Power 38320 Pure Sine Wave Inverter, 2000-watt for $425.99 (savings of $237)

… and:

• CanaKit Raspberry Pi B+ Ultimate Starter Kit (Over 40 Components: Raspberry Pi B Plus + WiFi Dongle + 8GB SD Card + Case + Power Supply and many more) for $89.95 (a super kit, including resistors, LEDs, momentary switches, breadboard – and more) – just buy some DS18B20 sensors off eBay (I paid about $1.25 for each including shipping) and you’ll be able to create a cheap temperature and humidity logging system.. yes I’m a geek, but it’s fun.

Or just install XBMC on it, and you have a great media player / media centre. The SD card it comes with will boot into an install menu called NOOBS that lets you choose a distro to install, and XBMC is one of the choices.

Lancome Canada is having an online promo code that will make all you last minute shoppers breathe a sigh of relief, as they are offering free express shipping on all orders that exceed $75. This may seem like a lofty minimum to spend, but considering that most of the products on Lancome are already pretty expensive, and express-shipping would normally cost you an extra $10 this is a pretty good deal.

The code, XPRESS, will be valid until December 21st, which only makes sense since when you order with express shipping it guarantees your order will arrive within 1-4 business days.

And since you will already be spending more than $75 to qualify for the free express shipping code, you will also be able to qualify for the back-in-stock limited edition gifts from Lancome, which normally require you to spend $50.

The two gifts that you will be able to choose from will be the 7-piece gift, that you will have to enter the code, FESTIVE14, to claim. This set will include:

• Absolue Ultimate Night Replenishing serum (8ml)
• Blush Subtil in blushing tresor
• Bi-Facil eye make up remover (50ml)
• Definicils Precious Cells Fuller Lashes Regnerates

• Absolue Night Premium Recovery Cream (15ml)

The second gift that you can pick from Lancome is the 5-piece gift, which you will have to enter the promo code, DEC14, to claim. It will include:

• Hypnose mini mascara
• Trésor eau de parfum 7.5ml
• Advanced Genefique Youth Activating Concentrate 8ml
• l’absolu Rouge mini
• and an exclusive Lancome make-up bag

These are limited edition gifts that have been restocked at Lancome while supplies lasts.

If you’re heading to Red Deer, Alberta anytime soon, even over the holidays, there is a 10% discount code you may be eligible for if you pick the right dates and use the Air Canada promo code: RedDeer1Year. This is a very specific code for a rather random flight route, but if you find yourself flying to Red Deer anytime soon, then this deal can really stand to benefit you.

As you can see from Google Flight tracker, an average flight to Red Deer, Alberta from Toronto (YHZ)-even in the middle of January- would cost on average as low as $705 all the way up to $958!

When you use the 10% saving code from Air Canada, you’ll see that I was able to get a flight at the same time, yet it only cost me $558.38 and the flights were all direct flights, unlike the $705 flight that the Google Flight tracker found which stops twice.

You must book your flight before December 16th to qualify for the promo code.
