While some of the coupons do specify a certain price point, these coupons do not state that they can only be used on regular priced items. Also keep in mind if you find these that you can use them at Target and combine them with the Target toy catalogue coupon for $5 of the purchase of a toy $24.99 or higher, which is valid until the end of this week.
