I have become a huge fan of watching TV shows on DVD.  I like that you’re not suck to a TV schedule and I’ve caught up on some great shows.  Amazon Canada has started a new DVD sale for up to 60% off TV shows on DVD.  There are some old favorites and some new shows as well.  There are over 250 selections to choose from so you should find something.  And when you order $39 or more you get them shipped for free as well. I have some birthdays coming up so I think I may have to take advantage of this sale.
