Random House Canada has a promotion going on right now that will give your 40% off your order of $50 or more and free shipping at their online store. This is actually a pretty good deal because a lot of these books are not 40% off at Chapters or Amazon. This sale is going on from January 26 to February 12. To get the discount and free shipping just enter promo code CANADIANLIVING at checkout.

Back to the Future – the complete trilogy, is on sale for $19.99 at Amazon.ca right now. It’s also $19.99 on Amazon.com (but USD). The individual movies generally sell on deal for $9.99 so this is not a bad deal for all 3 in one package.
A good price can also be had for the new release Return to Cranford (which was on PBS two Sundays in a row a few weeks ago) of $23.99. You can also get it for $21.11 from a marketplace seller, but you’ll have to pay shipping then. Price is $25.99 at Futureshop. The collection of both Cranford series is available for $42.99 here.

Walmart sell the 10 packs of Advil Cold and Sinus for $3.77 and there are tons of $3 coupons floating around.I got some of the coupons from the Atlantic Superstore coupon board and Shoppers Drug Mart. This works out to $3.08 for 40 of them which I usually can’t get cheaper that $6.I sure will be stocking up on this one!!

Ikea currently has a sale on, from January 25 – February 14, 2010, for 20% off their PAX Wardrobes and KOMPLEMENT Wardrobes. That can be a substantial discount if you are installing a whole new organizer/closet in your home.
I was at Ikea this past weekend and I love love love these PAX wardrobes, they are so sleek looking, everything is out of the way, neat and organized, and everything is in it’s right place. Unfortunately, I rent an apartment at the moment so I can’t alter my closet organization, plus space and money is a constraint as well. But I hope one day to have a whole small room dedicated to my clothes and they will all fit nicely into a PAX wardrobe! A girl can dream right?

If anyone out there needs to get passport photos taken, head on over to Costco for a great deal. You can get a set of 2 passport photos for $4.99. Now I don’t know how much it is regularly at Costco but I’ve heard of some places charging as much as $9.99 for these. This is available for Costco members only, and expires on Feb. 7, 2010.

Hi all! These are this week’s Costco instant savings coupons, which are not really coupons per se, as Costco now doesn’t hand out these coupons at the door. Instead, the savings are automatically applied if you purchase that specific product. These are valid from Monday, Jan. 25 til Sunday, Jan. 31, 2010.
***EASTERN CANADA***

***WESTERN CANADA***

You know what I wish? I wish that Costco, instead of having 2 different sales between Eastern and Western Canada, would just combine that two sales together and make it nationwide. Wouldn’t that be better?

Need to add some spice to your life or looking for something special for this Valentine’s Day? KY is currently giving away free samples of their 2 in 1 warming massage oil and personal lubricant.
