Goodlife Fitness is having an open house from Nov. 15-21, 2010 where you can check out their facilities, chat with trainers, and meet other members. If you’re curious about Goodlife, it’s a good opportunity to see what they have to offer. I used to have a membership years, but didn’t bother renewing as it was a little on the pricey side, $53 a month. I bought an elliptical, workout bench, and free weights instead.

Disney has a new coupon just in time for Christmas shoppers. If you’re looking to buy “A Christmas Carol” you can save $10 on the BluRay/DVD 4 disc combo pack with the printable coupon available on from Disney. The 4 disc set includes the BluRay, DVD, digital copy and BluRay 3D copy. I find these multiple formats good to split up, like leaving one at the grandparents and one at your house.

Judie used the suggest a deal feature to let us know whats happening at her McDonalds. Apparently starting mid November (15th) until the end of 28th McDonalds will be running their free coffee promo again. The size is supposed to be small, but either way a free coffee is a free coffee. A few weeks ago I blogged about M&M Meat Shops new E order system where you can send in your order via their system and schedule to pick it up at your local M&M’s. I used the system last week and it was pretty easy. The only downfall is you MUST know your Max number or you cannot place an order. Luckily with my emails now they include my Max number. I love that I don’t have to send my husband a list anymore, I can just simply order it online and schedule for him to pick it up.
